Payment Method
SalesHandy accepts payments through two methods: Stripe and PayPal.
To make a payment with PayPal, follow these steps:
- Go to the PayPal Payment section.
- Choose the desired plan and click Subscribe.
- Log in with the PayPal account and process the transaction.
After the transaction gets completed, reach out to SalesHandy via live chat with the email address (to be used with SalesHandy) and the transaction ID.
Please note that PayPal will include their processing charges when making payment. These PayPal charges are non-refundable.
For Stripe payments, the process would be similar but within the Stripe payment gateway.

SalesHandy Return Policy?
Saleshandy is a SaaS-based app with prepaid subscription. For new customers, a 10-day refund guarantee is offered. This means that new customers with a fresh subscription can claim a complete refund within 10-days of payment. However, transaction charges will be non-refundable.
When subscribing to any of the paid subscriptions, the subscription will auto-renew with each billing cycle. If the subscription is not wished to be renewed, it must be cancelled before the renewal date.
For subscription renewals, no refund is offered if a user gets charged for auto-renewal of the subscription. An email reminder is sent two days before the auto-renewal date. If the subscription is cancelled in between the tenure, refunds for the unused remainder of the term will not be provided.
For subscription upgrades, when a customer with existing subscriptions upgrades their current subscription, they get charged on a pro-rate basis. That payment will not be eligible for a refund. However, if the subscription is wished to be downgraded to where it was initially, the extra payment can be added as a credit to the account which will be utilized in the next payments.
Saleshandy allows customers to pause their subscription for a 1-month or 3-month duration. Once a paused subscription is resumed, the customer will be charged on a pro-rate basis depending upon their renewal date and plan type. No refund will be offered for charges that were made to resume the subscription.
How To Open A SalesHandy Account?
To open an account on SalesHandy, follow these steps:
- Open the SalesHandy sign-up page in a browser.
- Enter an email address and hit the sign-up button.
- On the next page, choose a work profile and team size.
- Select how SalesHandy will be used. Note that selecting one feature won't restrict from using other features. It is just for reference.
- After clicking Next, enter the name for the SalesHandy profile and create a password for the account.
- A 4-digit verification code will be sent to the email address entered on the sign-up page. Enter that verification code.
- The next step is to connect an email account with SalesHandy. If using a Gmail account, click the Connect with Google button. If it's a Microsoft/Outlook email, click the Connect with Microsoft button. To connect any other email account, enter the details of that email account. This part can be skipped by clicking the Skip For Now button, but the email account will need to be connected before scheduling an email campaign.
- After these steps, the user will be redirected to the SalesHandy dashboard and the SalesHandy account is set up.
